One of the best ways to explore the city is by bike. You can look, get off the bike wherever you ant and breathe in the healthy sea air. The tan is thrown in for free. The promenade of Knokke-Heist is 11 km long and has a wide cycle track.

Also interesting for the gastronomic cyclist. The inviting terraces welcome the thirsty sports freaks. And when you want to exchange the town for tranquillity and nature, you can just cycle into the polders where kilometres of cycle paths snake through beautiful landscapes.

In Knokke-Heist you can find three beaches where you can sport for free.  Beachvolley, Beachball, Beachtennis, Football, Petanque....
Equipment is available for free.

These beaches are located in front of:
- Rubensplein (Knokke) (1,7 km - 4 min by car)
- Jozeph Stübbenpark (Duinbergen) (0,4 km - 5 min on foot)
- Heldenplein (Heist) (2,5 km - 4 min by car)

The beaches are open every day from the 1st of July to 29th of August from 10:30 - 18:00
Beachvolleychampionships every weekend.
